Over the last several years, Central Washington Dance Academy has brought a rich variety of stories to the Ellensburg community, from timeless classics such as “The Nutcracker” and “Sleeping Beauty,” as well as captivating adventures like “The Wizard of Oz” and “Alice in Wonderland.” Now, we invite you to experience a whirlwind of energy and imagination as “Adventures with Mary Poppins” takes the stage! Featuring talented local dancers ages three to adult, as well as playful, creative choreography, this reimagined performance brings Mary, Bert, and the Banks family to life through expressive movement and dynamic music. With energetic tap, beautiful ballet, and lively musical theater dance numbers, there is plenty to sweep you up into a story full of heart, with a touch of magic in every step.
